Ottawa Parking Enforcement covers private property parking across the greater Ottawa area. We work with property managers, condo boards, and business owners from the downtown core out to the suburbs and the airport corridor. Call (613) 362-3362 to talk through what is happening on your lot.
Below are the areas where we currently run patrols and arrange enforcement. Each one has its own page with the local context we know well. Click through to read about how we work in your neighbourhood.
Office towers, restaurants, residential buildings, and mixed use lots in the city core. Daytime and overnight coverage for properties off Bank Street, Elgin Street, and the streets feeding into the ByWard Market.
Downtown Ottawa coverage
Condo visitor lots, retail plazas, and properties along the Riverside Drive corridor. We work with buildings on both sides of the Rideau River and the smaller streets that branch off into the neighbourhood.
Riverside coverage
Shopping centres, office parks, and residential complexes throughout Nepean. Our team handles the bigger plaza lots as well as smaller condo visitor parking with the same level of care.
Nepean coverage
Retail strip lots along Merivale Road, big box parking, and the plazas that feed off the corridor. Daytime patrols built around the peak shopping hours on the strip.
Merivale coverage
Residential complexes, neighbourhood retail, and the lots around the park and ride. We cover townhouse visitor parking and small commercial properties throughout the area.
Greenboro coverage
Commercial corridors, residential parking, and plaza lots across the east end. Patrols built around the rhythm of the neighbourhood, from morning commute hours to weekend retail peaks.
Orleans coverage
Industrial parks, mixed use developments, and commuter lots. We work with properties that need overnight coverage as much as daytime enforcement because of the way these lots are used.
Gloucester coverage
New build residential, townhouse complexes, and community retail in one of the fastest growing parts of Ottawa. Visitor parking and resident enforcement is where most of our work in the area sits.
Findlay Creek coverage
The area around Bayshore Shopping Centre, office buildings, and mixed residential properties. Lots in this area see steady weekday traffic and need consistent enforcement to stay under control.
Bayshore coverage
Hotels, off-airport parking lots, and surrounding commercial properties around the Ottawa International Airport. We do not cover the airport's own official parking, but we work with the businesses around it.
Airport area coverageOur office is on Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa, which puts us close to Carleton University, the Rideau River, and the 417. From there our team can reach properties from the downtown core out to the eastern communities and the airport corridor without losing time.
Whether you run a single condo visitor lot in Riverside or a portfolio of retail plazas from Merivale to Orleans, the same team handles your property. That keeps the enforcement standard consistent across every lot we cover.
Every property we take on goes through the same setup. We walk the lot with the owner or property manager. We map where signage should go. We write down what counts as authorized parking and what does not. We agree on the escalation rules. Only then does enforcement begin.
From there we apply our full toolkit: private property enforcement, unauthorized vehicle removal, private property towing, and parking lot patrol. Signage stays compliant through our signage installation service.
If your property sits in the Ottawa-Gatineau area but is not listed above, call us anyway. We may still be able to help depending on the location and the type of property. We will tell you upfront whether we can take it on or whether someone else is a better fit.
Tell us where your property is and what is happening on it. We will book a site review and give you a written enforcement plan.
