A few situations do not leave room for a warning. A vehicle blocking a fire route, a loading bay, or an accessible spot can be towed right away, since those are safety issues.

Yes, once your lot is signed. If a vehicle has sat for weeks with no movement, expired plates, or obvious damage, we can document it and arrange removal as part of our private property towing.

An abandoned vehicle takes a few extra legal steps that a normal tow does not, and we handle those for the property owner. Call us and we will tell you what the case needs.

The cost on your side is the sign installation. That covers the wording, the signs, and getting them mounted to meet Ontario's rules. The price tracks the size of the lot and how many signs it needs, so a small condo lot runs differently than a large plaza.

If you are not sure your lot is worth a program, call and we will be honest about it. Sometimes a couple of well placed signs is all a lot actually needs.

Ontario rules call for signs that state the rules clearly, identify the property, name the enforcement or towing company, and list a phone number for vehicle recovery. They have to be visible at the entrances and through the lot. On the Quebec side, that wording needs to be bilingual.
